1. Data Controller

Norwish Limited (hereinafter, "LagomDevs") is the data controller for the personal data collected through the website lagomdevs.com, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and other applicable data protection regulations.

2. Data we collect

Through our website contact form, we may collect the following personal data:

• Full name
• Company name (optional)
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Preferred contact channel (WhatsApp, Telegram or email)
• Description of the project or enquiry

We may also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type and operating system for security purposes and aggregated statistical analysis.

3. Purposes and legal basis

3.1 Handling enquiries and quotes

We process your data to respond to enquiries received and prepare commercial proposals. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3.2 Provision of contracted services

If you hire one of our services, your data will be processed for the proper management and performance of the contract. The legal basis is contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3.3 Compliance with legal obligations

In certain cases, processing will be necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR), such as tax or accounting obligations.

3.4 Commercial communications

If you have given us your express consent, we may send you information about our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to ceo@lagomdevs.com. The legal basis is the data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

4. Retention period

We retain your data for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described:

• Enquiries without a contract: up to 12 months from the last communication.
• Contracted clients: for the duration of the contract and the 5 years following its termination (tax and commercial obligations).
• Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.

After these periods, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

5. Recipients and international transfers

LagomDevs does not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may only share it with:

• Service providers: communication tools (WhatsApp/Meta, Telegram), hosting services and project management platforms, which act as data processors under confidentiality agreements.
• Public authorities: when there is a legal obligation to do so.

Since LagomDevs operates from Norway (which applies the GDPR through the EEA Agreement) and provides services to EU citizens, data transfers take place within the European Economic Area or under the appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR.

The use of WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Telegram may involve transfers to third countries. These platforms have the safeguards established under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you can exercise the following rights at any time by sending an email to ceo@lagomdevs.com with the subject "Data Protection":

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or the Norwegian supervisory authority Datatilsynet (www.datatilsynet.no).

7. Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. Our communications take place over encrypted channels (HTTPS, end-to-end encryption on WhatsApp and Telegram).

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to function may be used. We do not carry out user profiling or behavioural tracking.

9. Minors

Our services are aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from minors under 16. If we discover we have received data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time to adapt it to regulatory changes or changes in our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
