Notwithstanding the above, since LagomDevs' services are primarily aimed at consumers and businesses located in Spain, the mandatory consumer protection rules in force in Spain shall also apply, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and Regulation (EC) No 864/2007 (Rome II).

For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, submit to the competent courts of Oslo (Norway), without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to users resident in Spain as consumers under applicable EU regulations.
